- All good are sold with the best description and some items will not be perfect as with their condition naturally being old or vintage, so please take care to read an item’s description before checkout/purchasing.
2. All goods are sold with a 12 day Money Back Promise as long as the item is returned in the same sold condition.
3. The buyer or purchaser is responsible for returning the goods for a refund including all postage/handling/import costing’s when returning items.
4.A full refund will be issued when Rewind-Vintage-Toys has received the returned item in the same sold condition.
5. All refunds will be issued via PAYPAL to protect both buyer and seller.
6. Rewind-Vintage-Toys will ensure all data and buyer information is protected and will not pass on details to 3rd parties or other representatives unless instructed with buyers consent.
7. When Rewind-Vintage-Toys buy goods all deals will be done in person when a deal is agreed we will arrange to collect and pay in cash and take the items.
8. Rewind-Vintage-Toys will not reserve items online but will in store with a 25% deposit with an agreement the total is paid in 7 working days.
9. Rewind-Vintage-Toys will always respond to complaints and try to deal with any issues within 24hours.
10. All goods are limited and we offer some of these listed items in store so we cannot always guarantee to full fill all orders but will try out best to do so.
11. If this should happen a full refund will be issued and a discount on a similar item.
12. All promotion offers are limited discounts but might not apply to all listed items.
13. Rewind-Vintage-Toys reserve the right to report attempted fraud or illegal activities to the authorities and reserve the right to prosecute; this is to help protect the business and its customers.

If you would like to purchase products from Rewind Vintage Toys on-line and collect them at one of the shows to save on postage, then please use this Rese rvation Form to contact Rewind-Vintage-Toys.
Rewind-Vintage-Toys will be able to reserve a product and bring it to the show for you to purchase there.
Terms & Conditions of Click and Collect –
– As the nature of vintage toys, stock is limited. Rewind-Vintage-Toys is able to reserve your item for in three days before the show.
If the item is purchased on-line before Rewind-Vintage-Toys is able to see your Reservation Request, then the item will go to the purchaser and will not be reserve. Rewind-Vintage-Toys will tell you whether or not reservation is successful in a responding email.
